Part 1 : Installation Step 1.Making Pit Determine the platform installation location, draw the Platform installation center line.The pit position is determined by the Central line. Pit size is 200*2310 mm . Thickness is 300 mm (steel reinforced concrete), depth is 240±5mm. 2. Place the Platform Place the platform . And make sure the platform is placed at right place . 3.Place the Guard Rail After placed the platform , then connect the guard rail .Connect the guard rail wheel at platform with groove at guard rail , and welded the connection place between guard rail and embedded parts after the guard rail in right and vertical place . 4.Connect the Guard Rail After Welded the first layer of guard rail , then connect the second layer of guard rail . First connect them by bolts , then welded . 5. Fixed the Cylinder After connect the second layer of guard rail , lift up the cylinder and jacking beam , then put the cylinder base into position. And welding the connection place between cylinder base and embedded parts . 6 Connect the Rail Fixing Frame Connect the rail fixing frame by bolts after fixed the cylinder . 7. Fixing the guard rail with building at suit place . Every layer of guard rail need to fixing . 8.Connect the pump station , chain and wire rope etc . 9.Power on and test . 10.Fixing the electric box and control panel at lobby . 11.Fixing the limit swith According to the marking on the limit switch, fix the limit switch in the appropriate position.The upper limit switch (two) is fixed at the highest position of the guard rail.
